Aby urozmaicić realizację zajęć z zakresu przedmiotów zawodowych, uczniowie Technikum Hotelarskiego niejednokrotnie mają je
w innych miejscach niż pracowania szkolna. Tym razem udali się do zaprzyjaźnionego hotelu – restauracji „Kawallo” mieszczącego się w Leonowie. Podczas zajęć, które poprowadził Pan Marcin Wichrowski uczniowie dowiedzieli się ofercie hotelarskiej
i gastronomicznej hotelu, rodzaju świadczonych usług, poznali menu oraz zaplecze kuchenne lokalu. Pan Marcin wspomniał również o stronie internetowej, jako jednej z form promocji, omówił strukturę i zakres obowiązków personelu oraz preferencje kulinarne gości .
