W dniach od 3 do 7 kwietnia obchodziliśmy w naszej szkole Tydzień Promocji Zdrowia. Celem tego przedsięwzięcia zorganizowanego przez nauczycielki biologii: Joannę Woźniak i Małgorzatę Szczepaniak było wzbogacenie i pogłębienie wiedzy uczniów o funkcjonowaniu własnego organizmu, wyrabianie nawyków związanych z ochroną i doskonaleniem zdrowia fizycznego i psychicznego, propagowanie zdrowego stylu życia.
Każdego dnia młodzież mogła skorzystać z ciekawych propozycji związanych z promowaniem zdrowia.
W poniedziałek uczniowie uczestniczyli w spotkaniu z p. Kamilą Tyburską – dietetyczką z Centrum Dietetycznego NATURHAUSE w Płocku , która w niezwykle ciekawy sposób przeprowadziła prelekcję na temat zasad zdrowego żywienia.
Wtorek przebiegał pod znakiem konkursu plastycznego na najlepszy plakat promujący zdrowie . Tematyka i technika wykonania prac były różnorodne.
I miejsce ex aequo otrzymały : kl. I LO za plakat poświęcony profilaktyce raka piersi,
kl. III TI za plakat o tematyce antynikotynowej,
II miejsce otrzymała kl. IV TE/TW za plakat „Stop dopalaczom”,
III miejsce ex aequo otrzymały: kl. II TE/TI za plakat na temat zdrowego odżywiania,
kl. II M za plakat o tematyce antyalkoholowej.
O tym, że problemy z cerą mogą uprzykrzyć życie wie niejeden młody człowiek. Jak dbać o skórę w okresie młodzieńczym radziła w środę p. Katarzyna Zasiewska – kosmetolog z salonu „Kącik Urody” w Gąbinie. Młodzież uczestnicząca w spotkaniu wzięła udział w losowaniu drobnych upominków przygotowanych przez właścicielkę salonu. Były to kosmetyki pielęgnacyjne.
Również w środę wszyscy chętni mogli zważyć się, zmierzyć ciśnienie i określić poziom glukozy we krwi w gabinecie szkolnej pielęgniarki.
Czwartek był poświęcony tematyce chorób zakaźnych i szczepień ochronnych .
Pielęgniarka szkolna p. Krystyna Bisiorek mówiła o nich podczas prelekcji: „Szczepić się czy nie? Fakty i mity na temat szczepień”.
W piątek wszystkie dziewczęta spotkały się z p. Danutą Cieślak – położną z przychodni „Remedium” w Gąbinie , która przybliżyła im zagadnienia dotyczące zdrowia intymnego kobiety.
Serdecznie dziękujemy wszystkim prowadzącym za ciekawe i bogate w treść zajęcia, podane w niezwykle interesującej formie. Na pewno pogłębiły one wiedzę na temat zdrowia i zdrowego trybu życia wśród wszystkich naszych uczniów.
