Wolontariusze Klubu Ośmiu w Zespole Szkół im. Stanisława Staszica w Gąbinie postanowili przyłączyć się do „Marzycielskiej Poczty” i wykonać kartki z życzeniami dla chorych dzieci. „Marzycielska Poczta” to akcja, która narodziła się pod koniec 2009 roku i polega na wysyłaniu tradycyjnych listów i kartek do ciężko chorych dzieci. Na stronie internetowej można znaleźć profile z adresami pocztowymi dzieci, dla których takie przesyłki są bezcennym wsparciem w walce z chorobą. Listy i kartki dodają dzieciakom siły do walki z chorobą, ich rodzicom otuchy, a samym piszącym mnóstwo frajdy. Każdego miesiąca do dzieci z Marzycielskiej Poczty docierają tysiące listów i kartek z Polski i świata.
Nasi wolontariusze uznali, że akcja jest bardzo szlachetna i warta zaangażowania. Z ogromną radością własnoręcznie przygotowywali bożonarodzeniowe kartki, laurki i małe upominki dla Wiktorii, Martynki i Lenki. Dziewczynki zaimponowały naszym nastolatkom pogodą ducha i uśmiechem, który nie opuszcza ich w tych trudnych momentach życia.
Wolontariusze stwierdzili, że nie jest to koniec korespondencji i zamierzają w przyszłości brać udział w „Marzycielskiej Poczcie”.
Mamy nadzieję, że nasze kartki wywołają radość na twarzach Martynki, Wiktorii i Lenki i choć na chwilę pozwolą zapomnieć o chorobie.
