14 czerwca 2017 roku przedstawiciele Klubu Ośmiu – Młodzieżowego Wolontariatu  uczestniczyli w I Spotkaniu Integracyjnym Szkolnych Klubów Wolontariusza. Organizatorem tego przedsięwzięcia był Szkolny Klub Wolontariusza „Jestem dla innych” przy Zespole Szkół im. Leokadii Bergerowej w Płocku. Spotkanie odbyło się w  ramach obchodów Roku Wolontariusza, a uczestnikami byli wolontariusze oraz opiekunowie szkolnych grup wolontaryjnych działających  w Zespole Szkół im. Jana Śniadeckiego w Wyszogrodzie, w Zespole Szkół w Staroźrebach, w Zespole Szkół im. Stanisława Staszica w Gąbinie oraz w Zespole Szkół im. Leokadii Bergerowej w Płocku. Gości powitała pani Elżbieta Milewska – Wicedyrektor Zespołu Szkół im. Leokadii Bergerowej oraz organizatorki spotkania pani Anna Jeziórska – nauczyciel języka polskiego i pani Wioletta Róg – pedagog szkolny. Program imprezy był bardzo zróżnicowany. Mieliśmy okazję opowiedzieć o działalności Klubu Ośmiu, wymienić się doświadczeniami z innymi wolontariuszami, wziąć udział w panelu dyskusyjnym pt. „Wolontariat jako sposób realizacji własnych pasji” oraz uczestniczyć w zajęciach warsztatowych  i stworzyć „Niezbędnik wolontariusza”. Ciekawym doświadczeniem było również spotkanie z panem Jackiem Gałczyńskim – pracownikiem Biura Rzecznika Osób Niepełnosprawnych w Urzędzie Miasta Płocka. Wiele radości sprawiły nam warsztaty artystyczne „Razem dla innych”. Podczas tych warsztatów grupy wolontariuszy mogły wykazać się kreatywnością i wspólnie stworzyć wymyślone przez siebie anioły, które zostaną przekazane podopiecznym Hospicjum Caritas w Płocku. Na koniec każdy wolontariusz otrzymał pamiątkowy certyfikat uczestnictwa w I Spotkaniu Integracyjnym Szkolnych Klubów Wolontariusza oraz upominki przygotowane przez gospodarzy spotkania.
