[1], Crystals are typically thin tabular, flattened parallel to the dominant cleavage and elongated along the an axis. The selectivity of chabazite showed the following trend: Cs > Na > Li > Sr > K > Rb.

A superbly colorful and aesthetic specimen with amazing luster, color, contrast and symmetry – in excellent condition. The sorption characteristics of Cs and competitive ion exchange with other alkali cations and Sr on three natural zeolites, chabazite, stilbite, and heulandite, were investigated. Heulandite was first separated from stilbite by August Breithaupt in 1818, and named by him "euzeolite" (meaning beautiful zeolite); independently, in 1822, H. J. Brooke arrived at the same result, giving the name heulandite, after the mineral collector, John Henry Heuland (1778–1856). Stilbite is the name of a series of tectosilicate minerals of the zeolite group.
Excellent white bow ties of stilbite are found here on calcite and quartz, associated with heulandite and laumontite in cavities.[1]. Heulandite is similar to stilbite.

Size: 15 x 11 x 6 cm. This mineral is readily available. The exchange isotherms of Cs and the other investigated cations clearly showed that chabazite showed higher selectivity for Cs than for the others. Aggregates may be sheaf-like or in bow-ties, also fibrous and globular.
It is a fantastic crystal for connecting with past life experiences that are relevant for today.
[5], Heulandite occurs with stilbite and other zeolites in the amygdaloidal cavities of basaltic volcanic rocks, and occasionally in gneiss and hydrothermal veins. Different sorption sites in zeolites lead to different exchange isotherms. Apophyllite is named from a combination of the Greek words "apo" - to be off, "phyllos" - leaf, and "ite" - rock, which alludes to this mineral's tendency to flake apart like a leaf when heated due to loss of water in its structure. Heulandite is a powerful meditation tool, mainly owing to the very high vibrational frequency it runs at. [1] Twinning, cruciform and penetration, is extremely common on {001}.[6].
