We teach kickboxing, karate, Krav…. Everybody here is here to get strong, and as a weak little female I really like that environment. Workout classes are held several nights during the week. Rundown: they're not always there to setup memberships so call ahead. We believe that everyone has the right to be safe and healthy. Theres always been plenty of space every time I've gone.
