Whenever there is an odd occurance where dlc is downloaded/installed, but not showing up in game, a restart has generally been the fix "Perhaps f*** off might be too kind." I don't think it's necessary to delete my saves since I haven't gotten that far at all in the game.
I know it's a stupid question but for a long time I thought that just by "downloading" the season pass I automatically have all the dlcs but most of the times you have to click on all of them separately.
