The debut feature from the comedy troupe “Broken Lizard”, PUDDLE CRUISER, finds them as college students looking for love and basically being slackers. A student falls in love with a fellow student Suzanne has her eyes and heart set out on a jock. I have to say though, I liked this movie anyway just because of the novelty of it being the gang from Super Troopers and Beerfest. It's fine. Idk why I keep watching these types of films. It certainly feels like something some friends threw together in college - an ultra-low budget flick with some really horrible acting (Most of the main cast does a fine job, with the exception of Steve Lemme, who unfortunately was the main character). My only previous experience with Broken Lizard was a single watch of Super Troopers earlier this year, so jumping back to their very first low budget film was a bit of a risky move.
